Hollywood star Robert De Niro will be celebrated at next month’s Marrakech International Film Festival.
The 17th edition of Marrakech International Film Festival will be held from 20 November to 8 December.
A statement posted on the festival’s official website declared that “legendary actor Robert De Niro, 75, confirmed his presence at the 17th edition of the festival.”
The statement quoted De Niro as saying: “I am very grateful for this invitation and I look forward to participating in this great festival.”
De Niro has won several international film awards, including an Oscar in 1974 for Best Supporting Actor for his role in “The Godfather Part II”.
