MAB calls for Janaza prayers in absentia following death of Morsi

The Muslim Association of Britain has called for Mosques across the country to hold Janaza prayers in absentia for Dr Mohammed Morsi who died on Monday 17 June in an Egyptian court following six years of medical negligence and solitary confinement in abhorrent prison conditions.

Janaza prayers are to be held on Tuesday 18th June following Maghrib prayers, and on Friday 21 June following Jumua prayers.

MAB also called upon everyone to attend an emergency protest outside the Egyptian Embassy in London on Friday at 6 pm.
