Turnout in Egypt's 2014 referendum 11.3%, says NGO

Turnout at Egypt's referendumThe Arab Observatory for Rights and Freedoms published its report on the turnout in Egypt's 2014 constitutional referendum based on attendance sheets in polling stations and the documentation by local and international observers. The turnout reached an average of 11.3% in all governorates. In 2012, the turnout was approximately 32.9%.
