Egyptian activist Ismail Al-Iskandarani has released information about several companies owned by Israelis that are offering security services in Egypt.

Al-Iskandarani said that the owners of the companies served as commanders in the Israeli forces and had supervised special operations when they were on duty.

Writing on his Facebook page, Al-Iskandarani revealed: “Regarding the company working in the Suez Canal and on Tiran Island, it is not offering security services, but it is selling security services for ships passing through the canal.”

He reiterated that this company is not the exception, as there are other Israeli companies also working in Egypt.

Explaining how these companies carry out their activities, Al-Iskandarani said: “There are several companies owned by former Mossad and Shabak [Israeli intelligence services]. Their operations are being carried out by Egyptian staff.”

The activist added: “Staff from the state security services and special forces help them, and in full cooperation with the Egyptian army.”

In 2011, Al-Iskandarani noted that the operatives of these companies evacuated their managers in Egypt. “They also evacuated 38 American students,” he said.

“One of these companies is called Max,” he added.
