Saudi Arabia condemns Israeli violations against Al-Aqsa Mosque

On Monday, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia condemned the Israeli desecration of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and denounced all aggressive actions against worshipers as well as attacks on the Holy Quran.

Saudi Arabia called on the international community to reject the “provocative” Israeli practices and to take firm action against them. Such actions, according to reports, constitute a violation of international conventions and a violation against the sanctity of the holy places.

Reports state that members of the Saudi ministerial council assert that such practices provoke Muslim feelings.

The Saudi ministerial council convened yesterday chaired by Prince Salman bin Abdul-Aziz, who is the crown prince of Saudi Arabia as well as the Deputy Prime minister and the Minister of Defence.
