Israel arrests 5 Palestinians

Israeli forces arrested five Palestinians from the towns of Beit Kahel, Bani Na’im and Dora on Tuesday evening and yesterday morning.

The Prisoners Club said that one of the detained Palestinians had undergone surgery two days prior to his arrest.

On Monday, Israeli forces set up a military checkpoint at the northern entrance of Beit Amr, stopping and searching cars.

The spokesperson for the Popular Committee Against Settlements in Beit Amr, Mohamed Ayad Awad, said that the occupation’s forces forced some citizens to get out of their cars and take off some of their clothes in the rain and cold weather.
