Brotherhood official: international plan for Iranian interference in Syria

Syrian Muslim Brotherhood official Zuhair Salem has expressed concerns about the outcome of the anti-ISIS meeting in Paris which ended on last Tuesday, claiming that Syria has been opened up to Iran based on a “pre-planned” Zionist-American agreement, Quds Press reported.

In a press statement, Salem said: “The [anti-ISIS] coalition countries oppose all natural and historical laws when they insist on configuring certain demographic formations in our countries just to make a certain kind of balance which they are able to control.”

He added: “Representative of 22 countries, the United States at the head, met in Paris to plot how to impose a siege and stall [the revolution].”

Salem dismissed the results of the meeting saying that it was just an opportunity for the diplomats who attended to rehash old slogans about ‘ISIS’, ‘extremism’ and ‘terror’.
