Details emerge of Syrian man tripped up by Hungarian journalist

News of a Hungarian camerawoman assaulting refugees as they fled went viral yesterday leading to Petra Lazlo losing her job at a right wing N1TV station.

Now, details are emerging of the man who Lazlo tripped up and caused to fall while he was carrying his young son. The man is from Deir Al-Zoor, Syria, where he partook in anti-regime demonstrations, was arrested and was later tortured in an Assad regime jail.

After the city was taken over by Daesh militants, the man fled with his wife and children to Turkey. Most of his family members are still in a Turkish refugee camp.

A Hungarian camerawoman appears to trip up multiple people rushing through police lines.The country has seen a huge influx of refugees and migrants attempting to pass through into the EU.
