Hamas has been an inspiring model of Palestinian resistance, based on sacrifice and steadfastness, Quds Press reported the movement’s Political Bureau Chief Khalid Meshaal saying yesterday.
In a televised speech to mark the movement’s 28th anniversary, Meshaal reiterated that the “development of the Palestinian resistance made by Hamas made the liberation closer despite challenges.”
He said that Hamas offered an “inspiring role model for the other nations,” noting that it practiced resistance and politics at the same time and adopted a “flexible” and “balanced” ideology without conceding any of its principles.
