Update – 19/04/2016

Two of those injured were taken to hospital in a serious condition following the blast. A police statement said bomb disposal experts had determined that a device exploded in the back of the bus.The majority of those injured were on the bus at the time of the blast, while the others were passing in a car which caught fire. Some of the injuries were caused as a result of flying metal nails and nuts, an official from the Hadassah Medical Centre said.

Investigators were still trying to determine who planted the bomb, a police spokesman said.
