Israeli authorities yesterday issued a decree to confiscate more than 2,500 dunams (2.5 square kilometres) of land in Salfit, the Popular Committee Against the Wall and Settlements revealed yesterday.
The land falls to the west of the town of Al-Zawiya in the occupied West Bank.
The commission also pointed out that the territory covered in the decision is located in the areas of Khilat Siricia, Khilat Hamad, Khilat Al-Woutwaot, Wadi Al-Nagasat, Al-Wadi Al-Qebli, Jabal Al-Qurom, Dair Kessis, Al-Zerd, Khilat Al-Kezbarah and Al-Qastal.
