Dutch Member of Parliament Tunahan Kuzu today refused to shake hands with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during the latter’s visit to the country.

Video footage captured the moment Kuzu came face to face with the prime minister. Kuzu could be seen wearing a Palestinian flag lapel pin.

Netanyahu is on an official two-day visit to the Netherlands during which he announced plans to improve the water and gas supplies to the Gaza Strip with the help of the Dutch government.

Huge pro-Palestine protests were held in the country ahead of his arrive with protesters holding banners which read “send him right away to the International Criminal Court”.
