Residents of the Gaza Strip came out to see the spectacular supermoon yesterday evening, in the first time it has appeared for 70 years.
The spectacle, which will only be repeated in 18 years’ time, was almost missed as clouds covered it at first. However the skies cleared and moon gazers were able to enjoy the sight of the night sky.
