Saudi Arabia has concluded a $48.5 million deal with US arms giant Lockheed Martin to train its troops.

America’s Orlando Sentinel website yesterday revealed that Lockheed Martin was the only company that could apply for the bid after another agency agreed to cooperate with it.

The training, which will take place in Orlando, Florida, and Saudi Arabia should conclude on 28 April 2019.

According to the site, the US Army’s Programme Executive Office Simulation, Training and Instrumentation helped land the deal.
