Dr Nasharudin Mat Isa is the executive chairman and CEO of the Global Movement of Moderates Foundation. He has recently been appointed member of the Consultation and Corruption Prevention Panel of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission as well as being a member of Majlis Perundingan Islam, a national consultation council on Islamic matters.He completed two terms as a member of the Malaysian Parliament from 1999-2004 and from 2008-2013.
Impact of the Occupation
Throughout its 70 year occupation of Jerusalem, Israel has adopted a series of policies and measures to change its religious and demographic character. The consequences have been described as a form of cultural genocide and ethnic cleansing.
