The Houthis yesterday postponed their partial withdrawal from the strategic port town of Hudaydah to today, the Anadolu Agency reported.
The agency quoted an unnamed source as saying that the partial withdrawal from the city of Hudaydah scheduled for yesterday morning had been postponed due to delays by “the Yemeni government representatives”.
There was no immediate comment from the government on the Houthis’ announcement.

Last week, the Houthis accepted a proposal by head of the UN observer mission in Yemen, Michael Lollesgaard, to partially withdraw five kilometres from the ports of Saleef and Ras Isa while coalition forces would withdraw one kilometre from the city’s “Kilo 7” eastern suburb, Reuters reported.
According to media reports, Lollesgaard would personally supervise the withdrawal and redeployment of forces in the two ports.
