Syria regime, Russia warplanes target Turkey bases in Idlib

Syrian regime warplanes supported by Russian warplanes have directly targeted Turkish observation points in Idlib, Syrian media outlets reported.

According to the reports, Turkish observation posts in the towns of Kansafra and Al-Baara were targeted by Syrian and Russian warplanes.

Ten soldiers were killed or wounded in the strikes that targeted Kansafra, the reports said. While four vehicles were destroyed.

Meanwhile, media outlets reported that the Turkish forces shelled Syrian regime positions in the Nayrab axis south of Idlib.

The Turkish defence ministry did not confirm the media reports.
