A female Egyptian college student was sent to criminal court after biting a lawyer’s finger and causing lasting damage, Cairo24 news website reported yesterday.
The court hearing on the incident which took place on 10 November 2020 is scheduled to be held on Sunday.
According to Cairo24, the lawyer filed a claim against the student, who is studying at the Faculty of Law, prompting the student to bite the index finger on the lawyer’s left hand. Medical teams found that damage had been caused to the figure as a result of the attack and the case was transferred to the criminal prosecution service.
