Cyprus buys Israeli military hardware

The Republic of Cyprus has bought military hardware from Israel and Serbia, Anadolu has reported.

The order from Israel was for “eight unmanned aerial vehicles”, commonly known as drones, while that from Serbia was apparently for a number of 155mm cannons.

The military upgrade is said to be intended for the Cypriot National Guard.
