130 injuries and suffocation cases among Palestinians were recorded on Friday, during clashes that broke out between protesters and a military force of the Israeli occupation, north of the West Bank in occupied Palestine.
Anadolu Agency reported eyewitnesses describing that an Israeli military force raided Jabal Al-Arma mountain on the outskirts of Beita village in Nablus, and fired tear gas canisters to disperse a sit-in denouncing the settlements.
The Palestine Red Crescent Society indicated in a statement that its medical teams: “Treated 90 Palestinians who were wounded during the confrontations near the village of Beita, including a 16-year-old child, who was shot in the back with live ammunition.”
The statement assured that the medical team took the child to hospital.

The Palestine Red Crescent Society confirmed that its medical teams treated: “40 casualties, who were shot with rubber bullets, three people suffering from fractures and 46 cases of asphyxia.”
In a previous statement, the organisation reported that its medical crews had also dealt with 70 injuries, before announcing the new toll.
Since midnight, dozens of Palestinians have staged a sit-in on Jabal Al-Arma mountain, following calls by settler groups to demonstrate in the same location and seize it to establish a Jewish settlement.
In the town of Kafr Qaddum, east of Qalqiliya (north), 40 injuries and suffocation cases were recorded among Palestinian protesters, during the dispersal of the weekly march condemning the settlements.
