Saudi Arabia’s Embassy in Cairo yesterday announced the resumption of flights between the kingdom and Egypt in order to evacuate its citizens, the New Khaleej reported.

According to the Saudi embassy, only Saudi nationals wishing to leave Egypt will be permitted to travel to the kingdom.

The embassy said that any airlines could be involved in the evacuation of Saudi citizens over the two-day period which ends today.
