Semanur Pekkendir is a deputy researcher at TRT World Research Centre. She received her BA in Comparative Literature and Media Studies from Istanbul Bilgi University and her MSc in Migration, Mobility and Development at SOAS, University of London. Her research interests include Turkish migration and asylum policies, citizenship and integration.
