‘No business as usual when there’s genocide’

Activists from the Artists Against Apartheid group staged a protest during Artomatic, a multi-week multimedia arts event held in Washington DC, United States, where Mayor Muriel Bowser of the District of Columbia was in attendance. They emphasised that as artists, they carry a responsibility to utilise their voices to advocate for the cessation of the genocide in Gaza.
