Olivia Higgins
Olivia is a Director at Solastana Strategy, where she provides strategic counsel to clients seeking to advance their commercial and geopolitical objectives across the Middle East and North Africa.
Drawing on a breadth of experience advising governments, militaries, and defence companies, Olivia brings deep expertise in geopolitical risk, geo-economics, defence and security, and government affairs across the Gulf and wider MENA region.
She is currently a Geo-Economic and Investment Advisor at Pax Tecum Global Consultancy, where she advises clients on political risk, market entry strategies, investment opportunities, and regional economic developments. She is also a Senior Consultant with Hardcastle Advisory, where she supports multinational corporations, sovereign entities, and business leaders with commercial diplomacy and geopolitical risk advisory in the region.
Throughout her career she has worked for several regional Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Prime Minister’s Offices, Ministries of Defence and armed forces.
