Three more Palestinian children have been arrested by the Israeli army during raids on their homes in Hebron. Palestinian sources named the children as Fahad Amin al-Bakri, 11 years old, and brothers Mohammed and Alaa Ghalib Rajabi, aged 12 and 14 respectively. A fourth person arrested was named as 21 year old Mahdi Sufian Abu Hetta.
Israeli security forces erected several checkpoints on the main roads leading into Hebron in the early morning. Pedestrians and cars were stopped for questioning.
Such events are common across the occupied West Bank. Arrests of civilians occur on a daily basis.
