Israeli settlers spray racist slogans on mosque

Israeli settlers have, on Sunday, sprayed racist slogans outside the walls of a mosque in Baqa Al Gharbiyeh town in Israel.

Local residents told reporters the settlers sprayed racist and offensive slogans on the mosque’s wall calling the Prophet Muhammad a pig and Arabs terrorists. The settlers also attacked the residents’ cars and broke their windows.

The town’s residents have meanwhile staged a protest demanding the Israeli police investigate the attack. The incident is not the first against residents’ properties but is the first of its kind against the town’s mosque.

Baqa Al Gharbiyeh is adjacent to the Israeli apartheid wall and close to the settlement blocs which subjects it to constant attacks from Israeli settlers.
