Al-Najah National University has held its 32nd graduation ceremony at its campus in the occupied West Bank. The programme on Sunday 10 June was attended by the Chairman of the Board of the Trustees, Professor Rami Hamadallah, his deputies, board members, deans and heads of faculties.

The graduation was held in the Hekmat A-Masri Theatre on the university’s new campus in Nablus. Musa Abu-Dayya, the Dean of Students’ Affairs, called students and teaching staff to the stage before a reading of the Holy Qur’an followed by the national anthem signalled the start of the event.

Professor Hamadallah gave a speech welcoming everyone, especially the students and their families. He offered his congratulations to the new graduates.

The university choir closed the ceremony with a number of Palestinian songs.
