On the sixth day of Israel’s brutal aggression on the civilian population of Gaza the death count has reached 100 with 750 wounded, most them women and children.

Palestinians continued to bury their dead from yesterday, which was by far the bloodiest since the Israeli aggression started. Israel intensified its attacks on cars, civilian homes and property. Many of the bodies and wounded brought to Al Shifa hospital were severely burnt.

Today, the occupation attacked a media tower block injuring two journalists.

Also today, a delegation from Union of Arab Doctors visited Al Shifa hospital where they witnessed the civilian causalities and almost total absence of military personal. This, they concluded, was a clear indication that Israel is targeting the civilians after it failed to crush the resistance.

One highlight of today also has been the visit of the Speaker of the dissolved Egyptian parliament and leader of the Freedom and Justice Party in Egypt, Dr Saad al Katatni.
