The recent flotilla massacre in which nine Turkish civilians were murdered by the Israeli Occupation Forces has deeply resonated across the global community, none more so than with the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip who are witnesses to Israel’s daily tyranny.

The valour and courage shown by members on the flotilla has been appreciated by all with one citizen going a step further and naming his new born son Recep Tayyip Erdogan, after the Turkish Prime Minister.

Palestinians have hung Turkish flags and posters of Erdogan all over the streets in honour of those who were murdered and those who continue to strive for the people of the besieged Strip.
