Morsi calls his defence team to withdraw for the sake of justice

“I am calling on the lawyers, leading them is Dr Al-Awa, not to take part in this mockery in a show of respect for justice and to maintain a positive image of Egypt before the world,” Osama, Ousted Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi’s son, quoted his father as saying on Facebook.

According to Osama, Morsi continued: “Leave them to do as they please, they are afraid of me and they are terrified to let the people hear me. They have no legal or popular support.

“This is a mockery, not a court.”
