France: Syria's Assad wants to eliminate his people

The French Foreign Ministry spokesman Romain Nadal accused the Syrian president of seeking to eliminate his people by committing massacres against them.

In a press conference Thursday, Nadal said that “Assad’s logic is based on committing massacres, which led to the death of 150,000 people”. Nadal described the Syrian crisis as “a major dilemma”.

Furthermore, Nadal pointed out that Al-Assad seeks to eliminate his people by the massacres he commits against them, and that he will be recorded in history as the last leader who did so.
