Political scientist: Egypt uses 'terrorism' as pretext for repression

Political scientist Dr Hamed Quwaisi said in a Facebook post that the post-coup regime is using “terrorism” as a pretext for repression, and as a PR tool in favour of the military rulers who have been controlling Egypt for six decades.

“Deceiving peoples will not last, and pharaohs will not last. Their destiny is known, but they are not knowledgeable enough to know this fact,” he said.
