Egyptian army officer threatens to bombard Sheikh Zwayid town in Sinai with chemical weapons

There is only one sentence which can be heard reasonably well:

“By God, we shall hit you with the chemical just like Bashar did”

Someone is heard much more clearly commenting and saying that an army officer was making the threat to bomb the people of Sheikh Zwayid with chemicals just like Bashar did in Syria.
