Emir of Kuwaiti 'sways drunkenly' upon arrival in Tehran

Internet users have published a video recording showing the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah's arrival in the Iranian capital, Tehran. He was "still under the influence of a large amount of alcohol he seems to have consumed on the flight before landing in Iran," according to publishers of the video.

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani is shown in the video trying to prop up and help Al-Sabah, and Rouhani, as well as his guards, seem to be in an embarrassing situation during the official welcome reception, which was aired live on both Kuwaiti and Iranian television stations.
