Calls for Barghouti to declare his position on security coordination

Fatah’s youth movement has asked Marwan Barghouti, the senior official held in an Israeli jail, to state his position on President Mahmoud Abbas’ recent statement regarding security coordination and the interests of the Palestinian people.

Al-Rai Al-Youm today reported that the message came after a statement made by Abbas caused great controversy in all the national Palestinian institutions after the operations that followed the kidnapping of three settlers in Hebron. Abbas was speaking at the Islamic Conference of Foreign Ministers.

Barghouti has not commented on this subject.
