Kuwait on high alert in anticipation of ISIS attack

The Kuwaiti ministry of interior instructed its forces on border crossings to remain on high alert in anticipation of a possible attack by militants from the Islamic State in Iraq and Levant (ISIS), al-Quds al-Araby newspaper reported.

The ministry instructed workers to intensify their security procedures on all borders after it received “confirmed information” to the effect that ISIS will try to sneak into Kuwaiti territories in the coming phase using trucks and other vehicles, both by land and sea.
