Jailed Egyptian ex-president Mohamed Morsi addressed the Egyptian people in a letter published by his son on the occasion of Eid ul-Fitr on Monday.
Morsi wished Egyptians a happy Eid and urged them to continue their struggle.
The ousted president hailed Egyptians for “the continuation of their revolution” and voiced his support for the Palestinian resistance against Israeli occupation. “I stand with any resistance against occupation,” he wrote.
