Israel says it struck 110 "targets" in Gaza in 24 hours

Israel raided 110 targets in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours, as part of its ongoing war on the area which has entered its 25th day.

IDF spokesperson Avichay Adraee said on Twitter: “Over the past 24 hours, our planes raided 110 targets belonging to vandals in the Gaza Strip, including 5 houses used as centres for terrorist activities.”

According to the Israeli army’s website, some 4,215 targets have been hit by Israel since the start of its offensive on Gaza, which it calls “Operation Protective Edge”.

To date, 1,372 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli attacks on the Strip, andmore than 7,500 have been wounded, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

According to Israel, 56 soldiers have been killed along with two Israelis and one Thai migrant worker. However, the Izz Ad-Din Al-Qassam Brigades said they’ve killed 110 soldiers and captured another.
