Iraq rejects Al-Maliki complaint against President Masoum

All claims made ​​by former Prime Minister Nouri Al-Maliki against President Fuad Masoum will be rejected, Iraqi judicial source confirmed yesterday.

The source, who declined to be named, said the Iraqi judiciary considered the nomination of Haider Abbadi to form a government constitutionally accurate, adding that claims made ​​by Al-Maliki against Masoum will not be looked into because everything was within the law and the constitution.

Al-Maliki claimed that Masoum’s nomination of Abbadi to form the government violated the constitution.
