Freedom Seekers Observatory: 506 arrests and expulsions in three weeks

The Freedom Seekers Observatory published an info graphic showing the violations that have been carried out by Egyptian forces against university students for the first three weeks of the academic year.

The Freedom Seekers Observatory has been monitoring 135 cases of students who have been expelled from the university after seven students were expelled in the first week alone, followed by 14 cases in the second week and 111 cases in the third week of this semester.

The Freedom Seekers have also been monitoring 25 instances where the college campus has been raided and it has reported seven incursions in week one, seven in week two and 11 in week three.

Freedom seekers also reported that approximately 371 students were arrested within the last three weeks of study.
