Israel issued 94 administrative detention orders against Palestinians in November, local newspapers reported yesterday.

In a statement, the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club said Israel issued 41 administrative detention orders against Palestinians from Hebron, south of the West Bank.

The statement also said that most of the prisoners had been held under administrative detention several times before. “This is the third or fourth time for most of them,” the statement said. “Some of them have spent years under this illegal detention term.”

According to the statement, the detention terms ranged from between three to six months.
