Ya'alon: Palestinians will pay higher price if they turn to ICC

Israeli Defence Minister Moshe Ya’alon yesterday warned that Palestinians “do not understand that they will pay a higher price than Israel if they turn to the ICC”, a Palestinian newspaper said.

According to Israeli radio, Ya’alon’s remarks came during a visit to Kiryat Shmona, northern Israel. “The claim that the Palestinian-Israeli conflict is the cause of terrorism around the world is a lie,” he also said and the “EU and US are getting this.”

He added: “The Israeli leadership has to remind the Jews around the world that Israel is the national state for them and it is ready to receive them on its soil.”
