Nasr City Misdemeanour Court, presided over by Judge Mohammed Al-Baghdadi, sentenced Tawfiq Okasha, owner of Egypt’s Faraeen television chancel, to six months in prison, $135 bail and a $675 fine yesterday. He was charged with filing a false report against his ex-wife.
Okasha’s ex-wife, Reda Al-Sayed Ibrahim, accusing him of filing a false police report in which he claimed he is not the father of her son.
