Hamas urges Palestinians in West Bank to stand up for Al-Aqsa

Hamas called on Palestinians in Ramallah and Al-Bireh, in the centre of the West Bank, to take part in the upcoming popular rally that will be held in support of Al-Aqsa Mosque against the ongoing Israeli aggression that aims to break the mosque up along historical and spatial lines.

In a press statement made available to Quds Press, the movement stated that the upcoming event that will be held tomorrow starting from Al-Bireh Sayyid Qutb Mosque, in an expression of support for Al-Aqsa and those who are rallying in it, and to protest against the continuous violation of its sanctity by the occupation and settlers.

Hamas urged Palestinians to take part in the protests and to stand in the face of the temporal and spatial division schemes which threaten Al-Aqsa and to protest the Jewish settlers’ incursions into its courtyards and attacks on worshippers.
