A Middle East expert on armed groups has claimed that Egypt, Jordan and the UAE are partners with Israel in the banning of the Islamic Movement, Rassd.com has reported.

“For sure, Egypt, the UAE and Jordan are the closest countries to the Israeli occupation,” said Hassan Abu-Haniyeh, “and they had a role in in the Israeli ban of the Islamic Movement in Israel.” He added that the three Arab countries share strategic interests.

“These three countries are part of a regional-international coordination body, which is dominated by political and economic relations with the Israeli occupation,” explained Abu-Haniyeh. “As such, they are the least angry with the Israeli violations against the Palestinians.”
