Syrian regime bombs Aleppo hospital

May 9, 2016 at 10:21 am

Syrian and Russian military warplanes have bombed a field hospital in the town of Kfernaha, west of Aleppo, media sources reported.

The city of Aleppo has witnessed military escalations over the two weeks which have led to the killing of more than 250 civilians, including 50 children, according to human rights groups.

The armed opposition factions took control of the town of Khan Tuman following an attack in which dozens of regime, Iranian militants and Lebanese Hezbollah guerrillas were killed.

The attack took place despite a two day truce announced by Russia on Friday that was extended for another three days.
