3 conditions for return of Russian tourists to Egypt

Russia as laid down some conditions for the resumption of flights to Egypt, the country’s minister of transport said.

The conditions have been sent to the Russian Foreign Ministry in preparation for submitting them to Egypt, Maksim Sokolov said.

Russia will request a Biometric automatic control system in an isolated area dedicated to the arrival and departure of Russian tourists, monitoring of luggage and restaurants and the testing of flights and surveillance within airport perimeter.

Russian flights to Egypt are expected to resume by the end of October or early November.
