Front-runner in the forthcoming US presidential election, Hillary Clinton, has been diagnosed with Pneumonia according to her personal doctor.

On Sunday Clinton was forced to leave a memorial commemorating the September 11 terrorist attacks on New York and Washington in 2001. However, it emerged later that she was diagnosed as early as Friday.

Video footage of the candidate for the Democratic Party showed her unsteady and being helped into her motorcade at the event.

There has been plenty of speculation revolving around Clinton’s heath in recent weeks, much of it apparently unfounded. Though it is likely that this episode will add fuel to Donald Trump’s campaign.

According to FiveThirtyEight, a statistical analysis website, on Sunday – despite a recent tightening of the race – Clinton had a 70% chance of winning in November.
