Al-Assad kills Syrians with 13,000 explosive barrels in 2016

Al-Assad’s helicopters have dropped 13,000 explosive barrels on the areas controlled by the Syrian opposition during 2016. This resulted in thousands of Syrians who were killed and wounded, the majority of whom were civilians.

The Syrian president’s explosive barrels did not distinguish between the elderly, children, or women; everyone tasted death, even if they weren’t killed.

Since the Syrian revolution began, Al-Assad relied on the explosive barrels as the main weapon used in his war on the Syrians because they are cheap and deadly. It is also a primitive weapons and is specialised in killing people and destroying cities only, as it has no military benefit. This is because the explosive barrel used by the regime is a random explosive that is not controlled, meaning they cannot be guided and their path cannot be controlled.
