Belgium to arrest former Israeli FM for “war crimes”

A Belgian court has ordered the arrest of the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Israel, Tzipi Livni, when she steps off the plane on her arrival in the Belgian capital Brussels on 23 January, official EU sources revealed on Thursday.

On 23 June 2010, a group of victims filed a complaint in Belgium to the Federal Prosecutor against certain Israeli civilian and military officials at the time, including Tzipi Livni, for war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in the Gaza Strip, according to Palestinian News Network (PNN).

The Federal Prosecutor’s Office confirmed that Livni would be intercepted by the Federal Judicial Police during her stay in Belgium to be heard and questioned following the complaint lodged against her and that it would ensure the necessary follow-up to this case.

Livni was the Israeli Minister of Foreign Affairs at the time of the Israeli military operation  “Cast Lead” in the Gaza Strip, which took place from 27 December 2008 to 18 January 2009. She is scheduled to arrive in Brussels on 23 January to participate in a conference in the European Parliament.

For your information Syria was one of 7 states marked out for regime change by the US COALITION because they are a threat to Israel and don’t take orders from Washington. There was a $3 billion peaceful campaign of protest against Assad, but it was the US, U.K., NATO, SAUDI, QATAR AND TURKEY which funneled arms and foreign jihadis into Syria o bring down Assad. The slaughter and destruction were a result of the Syrian government, which enjoys wide support and is democratically elected, defending itself, its territory and it’s people against the depredations of foreign jihadis, US and BRitish air power., Like Iraq, Libya, Somalia,Egypt, Lebanon, and Afghanistan before it, these states have not been in a civil war, but rather under attack from proxy forces set loose by the west.
            As for dismantling Israel, that is for the original owners of the the land, the Palestinian Arabs and Jews, to decide, not white European jews. Most still get on in Syria, as reported by Eva Bartlett, an independent journalist who spent time in Syria. In most of the secular states, hence the name, there was little sectarian friction until after those Sick American thugs went over there and killed 2 million people to get rid of Saddam.

      I’m not quite sure what you mean by the phrase “holocaust inversion”. But I would note that during the Holocaust, Europe’s Jewish population was reduced by about half. Since 1948, the number of Palestinians has increased many times over.

        Actually, the official Int’l Red Cross numbers for the total Nazi concentration camp deaths places it over 272,000 deaths. There has never – ever – been any body found that was killed by poison gas. The stories of burning the bodies in ovens is total bullshit – the story has hundreds of people being burned into nothing but ashes in one daylight timeframe.

        In reality – with state of the art, natural gas furnaces which GREATLY outperform anything you could do with coke (and the Nazi paperwork proved there was only enough coke to heat bldgs in Auschwitz for example – nothing left for “furnaces” which are technically de-lousing chambers) it takes about 2 hours to cremate a single human body – and you ALWAYS have to grind up the bones. If the body is wet (a floater) it is going to take 4 hours – if you pile multiple bodies together as the “Jewish eyewitnesses” lie – i mean describe – you would still have large portions of raw dead meat in the “ovens”.

Nazi’s methods of killing people in death camps don’t change the fact that before WW2 Jewish world population was 18 mil. and after it dropped to 12 mil.             5. Finally, you appear to have overlooked the most relevant point. Palestine is not a country, it is a region. Jews who have a spiritual link to the Holy Land (Judea Sumeria Jerusalem) connect with the spiritual fervor, as I do. A Zionist is a Jew/Christian who has the spiritual link with the Holy Land.

The only way you can even remotely justify Zionism is if you consider the Palestinian Arabs as less than human, Untermensch, which Zionists do. Jews go to Arab restaurants and Arabs go to Jewish restaurants. They work together, their children go to school together and they play sports together.

            Not sure if i mentioned it in this thread, but i’ve blogged with two people who went to school in the late 1940s who both recall their civics textbooks talking about how the total Nazi death camp count was 272,000 and more – less than 273,000. That doesn’t leave room for 6 million Jews. The lack of ANY body ever being found that was killed by poison gas also proves this wrong. There are old US military records from the post-war occupation in which an officer in charge of a district which included 17 concentration camps and satellites put out a memo which stated that if anyone claimed that people were gassed to death, those people “PROBABLY JEWS” (my emphasis) were to be arrested for perjury, since there were zero gas chambers in his district.

            The British Jew who told about his experience at Auschwitz – pulling dead bodies from the “gas chambers” about every 15-20 minutes, all day long, and “burning the bodies in coke fires until there was nothing but ashes”. Who talked about the Nazi’s throwing the Zyklon B (a marketed and known de-lousing agent) into the high windows of the gas chamber off of ladders – he lied for his entire story.

            The supposed “gas chamber” has wooden doors with a large gap. Pretty standard 2 panel doors – with a gap. When you go into the first door there is a masonry wall, and just like in a BOMB SHELTER (and like many movie theaters) – you turn to the sides and go through another wooden door with a gap. A gap which would have allowed the poison gasses to drift across the street and perhaps kill or at least sicken the soldiers in the barracks 30 yards away. Maybe the commandants office a little down the block. The Zyklon-B always stains the de-lousing chambers stained Prussian Blue. There is NO stain on any of the alleged gas chambers. The building is very low, and has NO windows on the outside. What it does have is roof venting in little wooden box structures. Were soldiers to use those, any windy day would have gotten them and their barracks, the road, the prisoner post office and bank, etc in the path of poison. Plus, it would not be throwing the gas through the “high windows” that don’t exist.

            The Jew from Britain who told these lies talked about the screaming a couple of minutes after the gas was thrown in, and how they would moan and scream for about 3-6 minutes or so and then they would all be dead. He and his fellow jews would then (supposedly) have to haul that pile of bodies out of the room from the back side – and take them to the “ovens” which look exactly like clothing delousing chambers. Hmmm.

            If he and his fellows DID enter that room that quickly after the people were poisoned – HE would have died from the poison from doing this so many times. There was NO ventilation system in the Auschwitz pretend gas chamber – nothing to pump the poisonous air out, fresh air in. So he would have had the poison remaining in a rather large room without air exchange – and would have become sickened at the least. Every day he had to do this, but NO! He was in there all day supposedly….

            There are no connecting ducts to that huge brick chimney at Auschwitz – and in fact the chimney does not show up on aerial photos – the supposition being that the chimney was built by Russians after they took the region over. It is just a big, fake, chimney with no possible function – totally closed at the bottom and no duct work connecting to the supposed ovens. So – the “dead bodies” were taken to the ovens and supposedly turned into total ashes. Wrong. Even with today’s MORE EFFICIENT crematoriums it takes about 2 hours to burn a NON WET (no floaters, ewww) not cold body to ashes AND BONES – which ALWAYS have to be ground up, because no fire short of a Hiroshima turns the bones to ash. So he lied about windows and ladders, his grabbing bodies and putting them into furnaces, how they burned up – and they did load after load of multiple bodies – burning them up (impossibly) into NOTHING but ashes – with coke.

            Let me educate you about coke. It is purified coal, the impurities in your coal melt into “clinkers” at the bottom of your furnace (did some blacksmithing and you always have to deal with this when working coal) The coke that is left is capable of being heated without oxidizing your metals if you don’t put in so much air that it is not all burned up by the time it touches the metal. It is a pretty inefficient heat source – but because there were foundries nearby there was a coke supply. In fact, there are exact records recording how many tons of coke were brought to Auschwitz (and other camps) and there was not enough sent to both heat and cook for the camp – AND to “burn dead bodies”. When you add in the fact – the FACT – that for two or more bodies, the fire would have to be more than twice as long and you are VERY likely to have raw portions left in the center of a pile of bodies – the entire story falls apart again, on another level. It is total bullshit.

            Now, you can get the Supreme Court to declare it is a crime to talk about things this way. You could also (if you pay them enough) get them to declare that legally, there is no gravity in my house – but i’m not going to start mounting cushions all over my ceiling.

            Imposing themselves on a country with lots of people, in shipload after shipload until the indigenous Palestinian and Jewish populations felt overwhelmed and threatened. But there were never the controls on immigration that Israel has in place to control immigration. The white Jews were not invited, had a choice of lands offered to them to settle on, which could have accomodated them without threat to the local population. Better of course to uproot ani-Jewishism in Germany so that the Jews could stay in the country they most identified with. Sickening to say it, but in Poland Hitler almost achieved his objective. 95% of Polish Jews were exterminated.
            For me, l saw an object lesson in Zionist racism and myopia on TV in Budapest when I was living there. Therecwas a documentary on about the Hungarian International Brigade Volunteers who went to fight for the zRepublic against the fascist coup of Franco and the Falange. They returned not triumphantly to Hungary, but to Palestine, where they contributed to the dispossesion of the Palestinian people. And they never saw the glaring inconsistency and hypocrisy of their position. You know why?             I am a Zionist. I am also a humanitarian and not happy that the Palestinians are in this situation. I care about people and have met many Palestinians in London that are quite happy to have a dialogue with me. This tells me that there are two schools of thought. What you must understand however, is that you have a point of view that is laced with left-wing thinking,

            The left-wing view is to support the underdog or the ‘untermensch’ as you call them, right or wrong.

            The Palestinians are basically in two camps. Hamas is a nationalist right-wing terrorist group who preach the destruction of the Jewish State (Hamas Charter Ch. 7). However many of the inhabitants of Gaza are not that way and are happy with the State of Israel. Bizarre, but true.

            Then you have the PA in the West Bank. They occupy Hebron which was a Jewish city pre-1948. Their aims are the boundaries of 1967. However, in 1967, the West Bank and East Jerusalem was Jordanian.

            I now address your points about the distinctions between White Jews and non-White Jews. I am not sure that because you are an American, you see people by their colour. I don’t. Being a Jew is about the soul. There are many Jews who are not Zionist and many who are anti-Zionist. It is about how you feel inside.

            Your allegations of land-grabbing are valid up to a point. I absolutely do not agree with commandeering the land where Arabs have lived for Jewish settlements. On the other hand, the land in question has no record of who owned what and you can blame the Ottomans for that.

            I am therefore offended that you consider Zionists as racists while at the same time exonerating the Arabs from any guilt despite the blatant historical records that the Arabs refused any concept of a Jewish homeland. That is racist.

            In 1919, the Russian Revolution was still in progress. I know that because my father was still in Moscow in 1919. Please expand on what you refer to as the ‘holocaust’ in Russia.

            The reason why no bodies were found after being gassed is because the ovens burned them. Didn’t you know that? Many locals that lived near Oscwiecim (Auschwitz in German) complained about the constant shower of ashes that also got carried as far away as Krakow.

            Typhus was the single biggest killer in the camps other than the gas chambers, followed by hunger and then being beaten to death. Am I to presume you are a Holocaust denier. If so, can you explain where approximately 6,000,000 Jews went between 1933 and 1945?

            Sadly, your knowledge of Russian/Soviet history is woefully scant. Yes, there were members of the Politbureau that were Jews. there were many Christians too. Their religious links are completely irrelevant. The finger of blame however, must be pointed at Stalin who ran the system with an iron rod.

            The concept of the Soviet Union was a wonderful idea that became mis-used and abused by a vehemently corrupt Politbureau. All members of the Poltbureau had lovely homes, chauffeur driven cars and a ‘dacha’ all stolen from the aristocracy.

            One aspect of the Russian Holocaust was the Holodomor – that was only about 14 million Ukrainians, where the zionists controlling the top 70% of the Cheka, the GRU, KGB – took away seeds, food stocks, hand and animal farming tools as a famine came. i’ve read one man’s story of his grampa leaving with his mother to go 14 miles away – the nearest soup line. The mother could not make more than a couple miles. Fell at the side of the road. Told her 9yr old grandson that he needed to go or they would both die. She begged and pleaded for him to leave her behind and survive. The zionists ran the entire Gulag system. They over the time of the Soviet Union killed 66 million people – and of course the entire soviet revolution – Lenin – was paid for by the zionist bankers – Loeb and sons. When you buy a country – you make sure your people run it. Since most zionists come from the Caucasus region – the former Khazarian Empire – they were all over Russia. This is why Rothschild brought down Czarist Russia. (read the Balfour Declaration – it’s somewhere in that 600 or 800 pages, i just don’t recall where.)

            Gas – no – they did autopsies on all the bodies stacked like cordwood and they almost all died from malnourishment and the pathogenic infectious diseases that weakened bodies (from starvation) are susceptible to. Mostly cholera, typhus, etc. There was no gas chamber at Auschwitz. Period. Those were delousing stations. When you burn bodies in a creamatorium – you ALWAYS HAVE BONES – and have to grind them up – so stories about having the bodies burned to ashes is bullshit. Takes 2 hours for a reasonably sized (not huge, not wet, not cold) body to be burned – and you grind the bones then. If you throw in piles of people – even 4 or 5 – you are NOT going to have the bodies all burned up. Period. Impossible – and the time it would take for even 5 or 6 bodies would be more than 6 hours – WITH raw people chunks left – so the lies about burning everyone up in ovens “with coke” are garbage.

            I’ve used coke to do some forging when i was a part-time blacksmith. It is NOT a very efficient fuel. The Nazis have detailed inventory accounts for all the concentration camps – and Auschwitz had only enough coke to heat their barracks, prisoner bldgs, and do their cooking. They didn’t have the multiple orders of that much coal that would be necessary to efficiently even burn up 6,000 bodies – some estimate.

            In one region after the war, the US Major in charge of the MPs in that district put out an order stating that if anyone stated that there were prisoners killed with poison gas (he stated they were likely Jews saying that) that those people were to be arrested and charged with perjury, because in his 17 concentration camps and satellites under his command there were NO GAS CHAMBERS.

            If you look at the World Almanac, the European Jew population from just prior to WWII and just after WWII (a few years) increased by a couple/few million.

            I have been to Auschwitz-Birkenau, so my knowledge is first hand. The ovens where the bodies were burned were gas fired and designed to take a body shape just like an ordinary crematorium. They operated 24 hours a day. The ashes were emitted from a very high chimney that could be seen for miles…..but, don’t rely on my evidence. you need to speak to the survivors and read the accounts. May I recommend the auto-biography of Rudolf Hoess entitled the ‘Commandant of Auschwitz’. I read this book twice as it was quite a riveting read.

            There have been many statements denying the Holocaust especially by David Irving, an historian, who was sued in court having lost his case. There is a film out called ‘Denial’.

            Now, I need the name of the US major who tried to convince his men that gassing did not occur.

            If you have never heard of Zyklon B (made by IG Farben) then you have been living on another planet.

            Zyklon B was hydrogen cyanide. It was originally made to control the rat population. IG Farben upgraded the poison to kill people. The process took about 20 minutes and the pellets were dropped through special openings in the roof and windows of the gas chambers.

            Most importantly, read the book.

It was indeed a catastrophe for the arabs that listened to the leaders of the the arab bloc, they encouraged the arab population of Israel to run away to avoid the great war that would rid the country of Jews and then they could return when there was victory.

For the next 18 years Jordan did nothing for the arab population that had fled per instructions and kept them in refugee camps while they (Jordan) occupied and renamed Judea & Samaria the left bank. Egypt was not much better, they did nothing for the arabs in Gaza.

            Finally Jordan and Egypt made peace with Israel. In the negotiations Israel gave back to Egypt all of the Sinai peninsular and offered Gaza but Egypt didn’t want Gaza. Then israel offered Jordan to annex the west bank and and they refused. They didn’t want the responsibility for a radicalized and bloodthirsty population.

            So, as far as the Nakba is concerned, it was a catastrophe that they brought upon themselves. It’s called Karma!

Hamas means resistence to occupation, what is wrong with that. International laws oblige people to resist occupation by foreign armies including the use of arms.             You are however wrong in one thing. The West Bank is not occupied territory, it is disputed territory. The Ottomans made a mess of the Holy Land, but Palestine as a country never existed in the true sense of the word.

            Very often, the pro-Palestine lobby present a one-sided argument. The 800,000 refugees were actually 700,000 who took refuge in Jordan. The Jordanians have been very hospitable since 1948 and that 700,000 is now 2,000,000. They are all waiting for the right of return. This is like saying to a Holocaust survivor that Poland or Ukraine will open it’s doors to all who have lost everything after WW2 and give them their homes back. It just will not happen. Again, the Jewish community of the Ukraine had been there since 490 AD.

            In Iraq in 1951, 800,000 Jews had to flee penniless because the State of Israel came in to being. Israel has never asked for compensation even though many Jewish families had been living in Baghdad since the end of the first diaspora in 355 BC and, lost everything. The Jews just brushed themselves down and accepted the situation. The positive side of this expulsion are the Saatchi Brothers who ended up in England and have never looked back.

            The Arabs have a different national character. They are romantic and nostalgic about the past. However, pragmatism has emerged through all this with many Palestinians and Israeli Arabs taking advantage of the new opportunities offered in the modern world and in the West.

            I have met them in London and unlike the extreme left-wing they are never rude to me. They are happy to discuss the issues in Israel without anger or emotion. I have found this attitude most refreshing compared to the barrage of insults I get from the middle-class, left-wing.

            Do you have any idea of what it takes to convert to Judaism? You have to really want it. No other religion puts such difficulty in the way of those wanting to convert. It takes intensive study for a minimum of 12 months and often takes two or three years. You have to have lessons with a Rabi weekly and sit for tests before the Beth Din (Rabbinical court) every month. You have to learn to read and write hebrew. You have to keep kosher and go to the synagogue every friday evening and saturday morning. You have to attend synagogue on all the holly days.

            Unlike Islam, if you want to convert, just say “la ilaha illa’llah (there is no god but God)” three times in front of three witnesses. Go figure.

It called for a homeland without infringing on the rights of local communities (Palestinianss).             The modern state of Turkey was created and the winners of that war (Britain, France, etc) then had a mandate to carve up the middle east and created Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Yemen Syria, etc. They also made a place for the Jews controlled by Britain (Palestine including Jordan) and a place for Christians controlled by France (Lebanon). Then in 1948 Britain decided to go back on the original deal and gave 2/3 of Palestine to the Hashemites. This became Jordan and the jews were offered what is now Israel. The Jews agreed but the Arabs tried to overrun Israel in a war that the arabs lost.

            Israel is a legal state. It was founded by a group of Lawyers who made sure everything was legal.

            The past is the past, deal with what is now. Israel is not going anywhere and those that cooperate with Israel prosper while those that oppose israel always lose. So why bother opposing Israel?

            Sabrina this is where you show how little you know about the workings of the UN. The resolution you refer to was by the UN Security council. The UN security council has 15 members, five of which are permanent and ten rotating from all the other member countries.

            The UN Security Council is not “everyone in the UN”.

            For the first time in 36 years, the U.N. Security Council passed a resolution critical of Israel’s Jewish settlements on Palestinian territory. They don’t make laws and they don’t enforce laws.

            Egypt had introduced a resolution at the U.N. Security Council condemning Israeli settlements as illegal. Then they withdrew it. Then Obama arranged for it to put back by New Zealand and I think Senegal.

            So the upshot is that with this political wrangling and point scoring, Israel now will start building again in East Jerusalem and it will lead to Israel finally annexing the west bank.

            A few days latter the court in Vichy France announced a ruling that East Jerusalem and the west bank were not occupied and belong to the state of Israel, fair and square.

            So that leaves us with the UN plan backfired and now Israel will take back what is hers.

And please, read some history books already. There weren’t “Palestinians” in their modern definition during the mandate, nor before. Back then “Palestinians” was the name of everyone living in Palestine, including Jews. In Golda Meir’s passport was written “Palestinian”, so stop spreading nonsense.
            Now, if you don’t accept partition of Palestine, you don’t accept the existence of countries like Jordan, Syria, Lebanon and Iraq, because all of them were created more or less in the same period on the territory Ottoman Empire lost in WW1, same as Israel. And finally, by rejecting partition of Palestine you reject international community agreements, so you loose the right to appeal to that community or it’s law if such exists.

            Stop harping about what happened 70 years ago. Deal with the situation you have now. Israel exists. No matter how many posts you make on the interweb, nothing can change that. The intelligent thing to do would be to change your thinking and do something constructive.

            The recent vote at the UN was the UN Security Council (UNSC) which has only 15 members. Ten rotating members and five permanent. The five permanent members have what is called the power of veto.

            Forteen voted and the US abstained.

            This resolution 2334 is nothing but a statement, it holds no weight and is not law.

            Just because the UN makes a statement, doesn’t mean something is unlawful. There is no ‘International Law’ that can make Israel do anything. The UN can not prosecute or administer any laws. That is not how this political organization (UN) works.

            Prior to 1967, the Palestinians referred to themselves as Arabs. After 1967, Yassar Arafat (Egyptian) cleverly suggested that they call themselves Palestinians and make their cause nationalist.

            In 1948, the Arabs invaded Israel not to ‘liberate’ the Arab citizens, but to destroy the Jewish state. Had they won, southern Israel would now be Northern Egypt and northern Israel would be disputed between Lebanon and Syria. As for the Arabs that lived in the region, they would no doubt be a lot worse off with irrigation problems, mosquitoes and a lack of industry. Israel has made the desert bloom.

            There is one program alone, a joint Israeli and Palestinian initiative that fits arabs living in Gaza with over 1000 hearing aids a year. So what would be the point of risking your life to take only a few hearing aids to Gaza By boat?

            Do you know how much room 1000 hearing aids takes up? A row boat would be overkill to deliver a few hundred hearing aids. So I ask this, what else did they have on this boat? Because if this story is remotely true, hearing aids was not the real reason for this ill fated voyage.

            You say the boat was captured. Then how did these veterans get into Gaza? You did say that they had actually been to Gaza and Israel.

            So forgive me when I doubt that your opinion is the truth and you are getting your facts from a reliable source. Becaus your opinion means nothing agaist history.

            Oh yes Sabrina, I have a life a very comfortable and satisfying life and I am happy with myself. I have spent most of my life studying and researching and trying to understand this very issue. I doubt that you have devoted very much time at all on this subject. I have lived in muslims countries and I have lived in Israel, America, Britain and Australia.

Here in England, the uproar caused by the mass immigration of West Indians in the 1950s was horrendous.             The Arabs in the 1930s in Palestine reacted in exactly the same way as any host peoples would. Fear and prejudice dominated their thoughts.

            The Greek Cypriots that were my neighbours went beserk when N. Cyprus was annexed, but the world did nothing and have done nothing since. No BDS, no demonstrations, no allegations of Apartheid against Turkey. Not even the Turkish Cypriots wanted to see the ‘fence’ dividing the island. Need I say more?

            Israel supports Kurdistan and when Shimon Peres died they had 3 days mourning fro him. So much for yur racists theories.

            As for the other examples listed, I am certainly not deflecting from the issue. However, historically there is no Palestinian land as such. it is a place. They did not demonstrate against the British, the Ottomans or the Christians or the dozen other invaders that came and went. Only the Jews.

            I have always tried to have a friendly dialogue with the anti-Israel contingency. The Arabs and Muslims I meet are warm and welcoming at the various PSC meetings I attend.             That is because when the Ottoman Empire was sliced up by the Allies after WWI, it was the League of Nations that made all the decisions. The UN inherited the Mandate for Palestine. Which pre dated the formation of the UN. All the inhabitants at the time of the carve up were effectively Ottoman citizens. The arabs in that area were more interested in working for the new influx of Jews and sectarian violence. On the other hand the Jews and Zionists were organised and got themselves recognised. They formed themselves into groups and effectively worked together to create a state apparatus and started to govern themselves. They began to lobby internationally and used political means to forward their cours. If the arabs had been united and got themselves organised as the Jews did, today thing might be very different. After WWII, you can’t blame the Jews for looking out for themselves.

            As for your second point, prior to 1948, Jews were restricted at the Wailing Wall to a partition nine feet away that allowed Jews to ‘cram in’ to a restricted area. Check out Jerusalem pre-1967.

            The Balfour Declaration and the San Remo conference was about the region called palestine and the palestine mandate. The palestine mandate covered an area that includes today all of Israel and Jordan. Jordan 2/3rds of the area was set aside as an arab state and Israel 1/3rd of the area as a Jewish state.

            The arabs simply didn’t like that and wanted the whole lot so they invaded the Jewish third and tried to “push the Jews into the mediterranean sea”. The arabs lost. end of story.

            Actually, most of the land was purchased for above average values by wealthy Jews and organisations like the JNF. They purchased the land from wealthy absentee landlords living mainly in Egypt and Turkey. The arabs that were displaced were tenants of those landlords.

            If you have a house that you rent out to someone and you need to sell it, you give notice to the tenants and allow them to move. If they refuse you have them evicted. It’s the same in this instance. The owners of the land sold the land to Jews. The tenants didn’t like that so they refused to move so they got evicted.

            Many others believed their Imam and fled believing the Jews would kill them. In other words they left their houses and villages because of a false rumour and got caught on the other side of line. bad luck, too bad. When you lose, you lose. You don’t get another go.

            There is only one way to react when you lose fair and square. Get over it.

            There is simple solution. Israel needs to stop building settlements (hundreds of apartment-type dwelling) on Palestinian land – pushing them further into dreary crowded circumstances and without their olive groves.             Release their children from prisons. Israel needs to stop their latest 1000 units settlements they are building.

            Yassar Arafat died with $8,000,000 in a Paris bank account. Mahmoud Abbas is building a palace in Ramallah costing $13,000,000 for his retirement. Where did this money come from?

            The Palestinian people have no faith in their leaders and are therefore caught between the devil and the deep blue sea.

            However, if you feel that bombings, stabbings and murder will bring the Israelis to the negotiating table, it won’t Terrorists have never won by murder and mayhem. They have won at the negotiating table.

            As for the West Bank, there will be a peace deal where much of the West Bank will be handed over to the Palestinians but, I promise you that will not be the end of it because under the Hamas Charter, Palestine must be ‘Jew Free’.

            What I find interesting the most is that people have tried to have Israel and its government prosecuted for a number of things and they have been investigated over and over. The funny thing is all the investigations have found no case to answer. These investigations are never mentioned in the press.       get up to date with this issue. The court in Vichy France was ruling on a case brought by the PA last week. The court found that east Jerusalem was not occupied and threw out the case. The PA had to pay costs. Effectively they tried to sue and lost. The ramifications have not yet been realised but this ruling is a very big deal. This is the first step in proving the false rhetoric of Israeli occupation. If east jerusalem is not occupied then neither is Judea & Samaria (the west bank). If that is proven then Gaza was never occupied. End of story, sorry you lose. The Zionist state of Israel is not going anywhere. get used to it.

    ‘Apartheid Israel’ is not just a political slogan; it is a daily reality

    Around 70 per cent of all towns within Israel — Palestinian land
    occupied since 1948 — are “for Jews only”; the state’s Arab citizens are
    banned from living therein. This has been the sustained policy since
    the establishment of the State of Israel on Palestinian land. The means
    and methods may have changed, but Israel’s goal has not; establishing
    “Arab-free” towns, which are solely for those who have Jewish ethnicity,
    is the official intention. This is no ordinary discrimination in favour
    of one group of citizens; this is Apartheid itself. Despite this
    obvious fact, it is an issue which the international community would
    rather not address and so Israel continues to get away with it.

    The so-called Israel Land Authority manages 94 per cent of the 1948
    Palestinian lands on behalf of three main “owners”: First, the State of
    Israel, which claims ownership of 69 per cent of the 1948 land that was
    inherited from the British Mandate Government, seized because it was
    alleged that it had no owners or was simply confiscated. The second
    “owner” is the Development Authority, which lays claim to 12 per cent of
    the land that was handed over by the protector of properties belonging
    to “absentees”; in other words, properties that belong to
    ethnically-cleansed Palestinians. The third is the Jewish National Fund,
    which “owns” 13 per cent of the land. A small percentage of the JNF
    land was seized or purchased by the fund prior to the creation of the
    State of Israel. However, most consists of land that belonged to
    Palestinians driven from their homes in 1948 which was then given to the
    JNF as a gift by the government of Israel after the state was
    established, as part of what is known as the first million deal and the
    second million deal.

    JNF land is used for the benefit of Jews only; for building Jew-only
    towns; and for the implementation of Judaisation projects. When land is
    said to be owned by the Jewish National Fund, the Israel Land Authority
    explicitly designates such land as Jew-only property, one that cannot be
    sold or leased to those who are not Jewish. This is based on the claim
    that the Jewish National Fund is a “private company” whose statute
    prohibits the sale or lease of its own lands to those who are not Jews.
    Furthermore, when the land is said to belong to the State of Israel or
    the Development Authority, the Israel Land Authority resorts to devious
    and deceptive means in order to achieve the same objective.

    In 1995, the Qaadan family from Baqah Al-Gharbiyah applied to buy a
    plot of land to build a house in the neighbouring town of Katsir. The
    response was explicit. The family was told it could not own the land
    because they are Arabs and because no Jewish blood flows in their veins.
    When the family demanded an explanation from the Israel Land Authority,
    it turned out that the land on which Katsir was established was “state
    land” that had been leased for 99 years to “the Jewish Agency for the
    Land of Israel”, which in turn had concluded a deal with the Katsir
    Cooperative according to which only members of this organisation could
    live in the town.

    The Arab Qaadan family had no chance of succeeding in the attempt to
    live in Katsir. The Cooperative refuses to accept Arab members and the
    Jewish Agency refuses to lease land to those who are not Jews under the
    pretext that its statute bans it from doing so. It is in just such a
    fascist way that Israel succeeded in setting up hundreds of Jew-only
    towns inside the land of Palestine occupied since 1948. Nevertheless,
    the Qaadan family did not give up and took its case to the High Court of
    Justice. As often happens in such cases, after many years of stalling
    the court ruled that it was illegal to turn down the Qaadan’s
    application on racial grounds.

    It was unthinkable that the Israeli establishment would change its
    policy and open the door for Arab citizens to live on an equal footing
    inside towns like Katsir. As such, it was somewhat expected that the
    authorities would seek ever more spiteful and deceitful tactics in the
    pursuit of the same policy. This came in a form of a new decision made
    by the management of the Israel Land Authority on 1 August 2004, bearing
    reference number 1015. This decreed the establishment of “approval
    committees” within towns that are inhabited by up to 500 families, as
    well as within agricultural towns. The committees have the mandate to
    decide who to reject and who to accept from among the applicants for a
    place of residence in their towns. Each committee has five members. In
    agricultural towns, the cooperative itself decides the identity of the
    approval committee members. In the other towns, the membership includes a
    representative of the Jewish Agency or the Zionist Histadrut (trade
    union), a senior official from the Housing Ministry, a representative of
    the cooperative, a representative of the provincial council and a
    representative of the settlement movements.

    Decision number 1015 subjects 838 towns — that’s 70 per cent of all
    towns within Israel — to approval committees. These towns and their
    provincial councils control 81 per cent of the state land, which means
    that Arabs are kept out of these towns and swathes of land are
    restricted to Jews only. These committees are not professionally
    qualified to examine the eligibility of candidates who apply for
    residence. It is no coincidence that they have not approved a single
    Arab family for residence anywhere. After all, their task, first and
    foremost, is to slam the door shut in the face of Arab families.

    And that’s not all. When the territory of a certain town includes
    Arab-owned land, residence in this part of the territory is declared to
    be prohibited and the land is usually designated as “bush” or
    “agricultural land”, but certainly not somewhere where Arabs are allowed
    to live. The Israel Land Authority will do its best to swap such land.
    If it can’t, it will resort to threats against the land’s Arab owners
    that it might be confiscated from them.

    In 2006, the Zbaidat family from Sakhnin applied for residence within
    the town of Rakifet, which belongs to the Provincial Council of Mesgaf.
    The Rakifet approval committee, as expected, rejected the application
    submitted by the Arab family in a decision that can only be described as
    racist. The Zbaidat family also submitted a petition to the High Court
    of Justice in 2007, which condemned as racist and a violation of basic
    human rights the decision of the approval committee to reject its
    application, and criticised the decision of the Israel Land Authority to
    grant approval committees the authority to deny Arab citizens access to
    70 per cent of the country’s towns.

    In 2011, and after the High Court had made its observations about the
    illegitimacy of decision 1015 and the amendments that followed, the
    Israeli government took a pre-emptive step by preparing a draft bill
    entitled “Amending Cooperatives Law (no. 8) – the approval committees”.
    In this way, the government legitimised the approval committees and
    bestowed upon them legal status. Afterwards, Adalah Centre — the legal
    group for the rights of the Arab minority in Israel — submitted a
    petition to the High Court of Justice appealing against this amendment.
    However, in 2014 the High Court rejected the petition and declared that
    the law which aims to implement what is to all intents and purposes an
    Apartheid project is constitutional.

    What goes on inside Israel — 1948 Palestine as was — is not just
    discrimination against a segment of the country’s own citizens; it is
    also the implementation of a distinctly Apartheid project. “Apartheid
    Israel” is not just another political slogan; it is the daily reality of
    life in the Zionist state.

    Since when did Belgium become an international judge or policeman ? What right do they have to detain, question or arrest other country citizens which committed no crimes against Belgium itself ? If so, maybe Israel should behave in the same manner ? Arresting Belgian sitizens visiting Israel ? After all, there are enough pro-palestinian scum holding Belgian sitizenship on israeli territory. They position themselves as human rights activists but in fact are just provide aid to terrorists and murderers. So I ask: Must Israel detain, question or arrest them ? More than 200,000 people were killed in Guatemala during that period, 83 percent of whom were Mayans.The crimes committed by the Guatemalan state were carried out with foreign – particularly US – assistance. One key party to these crimes has so far eluded any mention inside the courts: Israel. From the 1980s to today, Israel’s extensive military role in Guatemala remains an open secret that is well-documented but receives scant criticism. Discussing the military coup which installed him as president in 1982, Ríos Montt told an ABC News reporter that his regime takeover went so smoothly “because many of our soldiers were trained by Israelis.” In Israel, the press reported that 300 Israeli advisers were on the ground training Ríos Montt’s soldiers.

    One Israeli adviser in Guatemala at the time, Lieutenant Colonel Amatzia Shuali, said: “I don’t care what the Gentiles do with the arms. The main thing is that the Jews profit,” as recounted in Dangerous Liaison by Andrew and Leslie Cockburn. Some years earlier, when Congressional restrictions under the Carter administration limited US military aid to Guatemala due to human rights violations, Israeli economic and military technology leaders saw a golden opportunity to enter the market. Yaakov Meridor, then an Israeli minister of economy, indicated in the early 1980s that Israel wished to be a proxy for the US in countries where it had decided not to openly sell weapons. Meridor said: “We will say to the Americans: Don’t compete with us in Taiwan; don’t compete with us in South Africa; don’t compete with us in the Caribbean or in other places where you cannot sell arms directly. Let us do it … Israel will be your intermediary.”

    The CBS Evening News with Dan Rather program attempted to explain the source of Israel’s global expertise by noting in 1983 that the advanced weaponry and methods Israel peddled in Guatemala had been successfully “tried and tested on the West Bank and Gaza, designed simply to beat the guerrilla.” Israel’s selling points for its weapons relied not only on their use in the occupied West Bank and Gaza but also in the wider region. Journalist George Black reported that Guatemalan military circles admired the Israeli army’s performance during the 1982 invasion of Lebanon. Their overseas admiration was so unabashed that rightists in Guatemala “spoke openly of the ‘Palestinianization’ of the nation’s rebellious Mayan Indians,” according to Black.

    Military cooperation between Israel and Guatemala has been traced back to the 1960s. By the time of Ríos Montt’s rule, Israel had become Guatemala’s main provider of weapons, military training, surveillance technology and other vital assistance in the state’s war on urban leftists and rural indigenous Mayans. In turn, many Guatemalans suffered the results of this special relationship and have connected Israel to their national tragedy.

    One of the most haunting massacres committed during this period was the destruction of the El Petén district village named Dos Erres. Ríos Montt’s Israeli-trained soldiers burned Dos Erres to the ground. First, however, its inhabitants were shot. Those who survived the initial attack on the village had their skulls smashed with sledgehammers. The bodies of the dead were stuffed down the village well. During a court-ordered exhumation in the village, investigators working for the 1999 UN Truth Commission cited the following in their forensics report: “All the ballistic evidence recovered corresponded to bullet fragments from firearms and pods of Galil rifles, made in Israel.”

    Then US President Ronald Reagan – whose administration would later be implicated in the “Iran-Contra” scandal for running guns to Iran through Israel, in part to fund a paramilitary force aiming to topple Nicaragua’s Marxist government – visited Ríos Montt just days before the massacre. Among the 18 arrested this year was Benedicto Lucas García, former army chief of staff under his brother Romeo Lucas García’s military presidency. Benedicto, who was seen by some of his soldiers as an innovator of torture techniques for use on children, described “the Israeli soldier [as] a model and an example to us.”

    In 1981, Benedicto headed the inauguration ceremony of an Israeli-designed and financed electronics school in Guatemala. Its purpose was to train the Guatemalan military on using so-called counterinsurgency technologies. Benedicto lauded the school’s establishment as a “positive step” in advancing the Guatemalan regime to world-class military efficiency “thanks to [Israel’s] advice and transfer of electronic technology.” In its inaugural year alone, the school enabled the regime’s secret police, known as the G-2, to raid some 30 safe houses of the Revolutionary Organization of People in Arms (ORPA). The G-2 coordinated the assassination, “disappearance” and torture of opponents to the Guatemalan government. While Guatemalan governments frequently changed hands – through both coups and elections – during the 1980s, Israel remained Guatemala’s main source of weapons and military advice.

    The Israeli military-security complex casts a long, intercontinental shadow over Guatemalans who are still fleeing the consequences of the dirty war. The Israeli weapons firm Elbit won a major government contract to provide 52 surveillance towers in Southern Arizona’s desert borderlands, beginning with the pilot program of seven towers currently placed among the hills and valleys surrounding Nogales, a border town split by the wall. During the dirty war, tens of thousands of Guatemalans fled over this border into Southern Mexico. Today, Israel assists the Mexican authorities in Chiapas with “counterinsurgency” activities largely targeting the indigenous Maya community.

    Though media reporting on Guatemala’s connection with Israel has dissipated, Israel’s enterprising efforts in the country have never diminished. Today, Israel’s presence in Guatemala is especially pronounced in the private security industry which proliferated in the years following the so-called Guatemalan peace process of the mid-1990s. Ohad Steinhart, an Israeli, relocated to Guatemala at this opportune moment, originally working as a weapons instructor. Roughly two years after his 1994 move to Guatemala, he founded his own security firm, Decision Ejecutiva. Steinhart’s modest 300-employee company is small compared with the colossal Golan Group, Israel’s largest and oldest private security conglomerate in Guatemala.

    Founded by ex-Israeli special forces officers, the Golan Group has also trained Department of Homeland Security immigration agents along the US-Mexico border. The Golan Group has employed thousands of agents in Guatemala, some of whom have been involved in repressing environmental and land rights protests against mining operations by Canadian firms. The company was named in a 2014 lawsuit by six Guatemalan farmers and a student who were all shot at close range by security agents during a protest the previous year. Guatemala’s use of Israeli military trainers and advisers, just as in the 1980s, continues. Israeli advisers have, in recent years, been assisting the current “remilitarization” of Guatemala. Journalist Dawn Paley has reported that Israeli military trainers have shown up once again at an active military base in Coban, which is the site of mass graves from the 1980s. The remains of several hundred people have so far been uncovered there.
    Scholars Milton H. Jamail and Margo Gutierrez documented the Israeli arms trade in Central America, notably in Guatemala, in their 1986 book It’s No Secret: Israel’s Military Involvement in Latin America. They worded the title that way because the bulk of the information in the book came from mainstream media sources. For now, Israel’s well-documented role in Guatemala’s dirty wars passes largely without comment. But Guatemalans know better than most that the long road to accountability begins with acknowledgment. Yet it is unclear how long it will be before we hear of Israeli officials being called to Guatemala to be tried for the shadowy part they played in the country’s darkest hours.

    Such nice people, the Israelis. Expect to see more on trial as a result of their complicity in human rights violations all over the world.

I’ve seen the Army kicking down doors and intimidating the civilian population, as they were trained to do by the Israelis, who learnt it from the Gestapo, their role models.

No self-respecting people on the planet would accept such an injustice.
The Zionist forces ethnically cleansed Palestine of three-quarters of a million Arab Palestinians. About 300,000 had already been cleansed BEFORE the Zionists unilaterally declared its existence. Most of the actual fighting that took place occurred in the land that the unimplemented partition plan had assigned to the Palestinian state. Jordan’s Arab Legion, for example, was the most significant military force on the Arab side, and it only DEFENDED the West Bank.

    3 new rounds of illegal settlement construction were announced by Israel in January. On Jan. 22, the government announced plans for 566 new housing units in occupied East Jerusalem. On Jan. 24, plans for 2,500 new housing units in the West Bank were announced. On Jan. 31, approval was given for 3,000 additional housing units in the West Bank. The Trump administration declined to condemn the announcements. David Friedman, Trump’s pick to be the next U.S. ambassador to Israel, formerly served as president of a group that raises funds for settlements.

    137 Palestinian structures in the West Bank and East Jerusalem were demolished by Israeli forces in January, according to figures from the United Nations, displacing 237 people, including 134 children. These demolitions build upon the 1,093 Palestinian structures that Israel destroyed last year—the highest number since the U.N. began keeping records in 2009.

    2 people—an Israeli Bedouin and an Israeli police officer—were killed in clashes on Jan. 18 after Israeli officials entered the Bedouin village of Umm al-Hiran with demolition orders.     The State of Israel is removing a small number of settlers from the settlement outpost of Amona, which is illegal even under Israeli law. Like all Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank, from the smallest outpost to the largest cities like Maale Adumim, Amona is illegal under international law. It is worth noting that this comes along with announcements made yesterday and last week that Israel has approved thousands more settlement units in the West Bank, and that the settlers removed from Amona will likely be resettled in another illegal settlement. It is akin to moving stolen money from your left pocket to your right, then robbing someone again to compensate your left pocket.

    The warmth and friendliness you speak of is superficial. If you were in an IDF uniform carrying an Uzi, and your job was to control those Palestinians’ movements with force if necessary, you would n’t be friends at all. Nobody accepts their own repression unless their position is hopeless, as was the case in a number, but not all, of the Nazi death camps. There is still a great deal the Palestinians can do to undermine and weaken the oppressive fascist yoke that bears down on them. They will never give up, will never accept their illegal displacement by humiliating force, and will one day reclaim the land that they had been cultivating for hundreds of years in communal peace before the white European racists came and stole their land.
